The entire world looks to be relaxing its stance on marijuana, and yet another first is set to take place in the UK. The first cannabis restaurant is set to be opened in Brighton at the tail end of 2018, or early 2019.
Conveniently known as the Canna Kitchen, the outlet in Brighton has set December 2018 as its opening date, but says that could be pushed forward a little, depending on completion and compliance. The outlet will sell vegan dishes infused with compounds found in the cannabis plant. These include CBD, CGH, CGN and THC within legal levels.
The kitchens owners say their mission is to offer diners the best of what they call a brilliant natural resource, while at the same time eliminating the stereotypical labels attached to the cannabis plant.
The restaurant is definitely going to be a hit, not just for potheads, but also for people who love to try out new things. The mystery that surrounds marijuana will probably attract many people to give it a try, especially with the theory that the plant has a high medicinal value.
